Waterton Fall Cleanup Dive

Fun day of diving at a lake clean-up.​  Please bring own lunch, snacks, drinks, etc..

​

Camping and hotels available in the Waterton area, please make reservations. Free day of activities for you and the family on Sunday.

 

       Please NOTE:

LIMITED numbers of participants available (for most events) via PRE-REGISTRATION Required for Divers

​

  • MUST have COLD-WATER dive experience prior to registering 

  • WAIVERS/RISK AWARENESS FORMS must be read & voluntarily signed prior to participation (everyone, no exceptions please)

  • MUST BE PRESENT at Dive Safety Briefing prior to participating in event dive(s)  PLEASE Don't be late!

  • MUST follow standard dive safety guidelines & all directions of event organizers​​​​

  • COVID/PUBLIC HEALTH: If applicable - minimize interaction and maintain physical distance of at least 2 meters (6 ft) 

  • COVID/PUBLIC HEALTH:  IF COVID signs/symptoms present or suspected - do not participate, protect yourself and others 

Divers, Remember to Bring:
  • All your dive gear and tanks - BCD, regulators, dry-suit/wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, boots, weights, dive computer, hood, gloves

  • Other dive gear that you will find useful to bring: dive light, knife, writing slate, compass, cutting device, small tarp to change on

  • Your certification card and logbook 

  • Warm clothing, even if the sun is shining, be prepared for typical Alberta weather which could include rain, snow, and everything in between

  • Most events no longer include food and water,  bring your own lunch or snack, juice/water

  • Also nice to have Lawn chair, bug spray, sunscreen

  • Small amount of cash for registration fees, raffle draws, etc.
